Religious Education Information Sheet for Parents
At Holy Cross, Religious Education is at the heart of everything we do, helping our children grow in faith, understanding and love of God. We know how important it is for parents to feel informed and confident about what their children are learning, so that school and home can work together in supporting their faith journey.
To support this, we have created a new RE Information Sheet for Parents (see above) to sit alongside the Religious Education section of our school website. This sheet provides a clear summary of the RED: To Know You More Clearly programme of study, showing what will be covered in each of the six branches of learning, every half term, for every year group.
We hope this will help you see the rich and varied experiences your child will encounter through our RE curriculum and give you a useful overview to follow their journey as they grow in knowledge, understanding and faith.
