French Day
On the 5th July we took part in a whole school French day.
Our day began by holding a nursery and infants French assembly to show our families what fantastic work we have been doing in our French lessons. We performed a piece that showed off our knowledge of colours and then sang our French song: Alouette gentillie alouette. We were really proud of ourselves!
Then, throughout the day, we took part in a number of activities, such as visiting the French café, recreating the Eiffel tower, creating our own French menus and making jewellery. It was a great day.
