We received a visit from Boot's Opticians. We participated in different activities, learning all about the importance of looking after our eye sight.
Healthy Foods
First we tasted different Healthy Foods. We discussed the impact healthy food has on our body, fitness and eye sight.
All about animals.
Next we looked at Facts about different animals and what they are able to see and what they aren't able to see.
Staying Safe
After that we discussed different ways to keep our eyes protected from sun damage. We designed our own sunglasses and wore our favourite sunglasses.
Reading our favourite story books.
Finally we read some of our favourite story books and participated in some exercises to test our eye sight.
