Class 4 were given the opportunity to ask students, studying to become dentists, questions about teeth. The children learnt lots about how to take very good care of your teeth.
To prevent gum disease:
Brush your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste.
Floss once a day.
Visit your dentist regularly for a checkup and cleaning.
Eat a well-balanced diet.
And for any adults who smoke. Quit smoking. Smoking increases your risk for gum disease.
