I'm a Parent- Get Me Out of Here!
Class 4 English set's Come and See morning:We have been debating whether zoos should be banned- so the morning consisted of Bush Tucker Trials which helped us to practise techniques we may want to use in our debates: persuasive, emotive, argumentative vocabulary; persuasive techniques; strategies to use in public speaking; logic connectives and punctuation for effect.
The activities included gunge tanks, a bucket of blood fishing trial, a snake pit and much more!!! After all this, the parents really were crying: "I'm a parent, get me out of here!"
