During your child’s time away from school please take the opportunity to continue to help develop their learning. Here are some ideas to help support learning at home.
Share a book
Drawing/painting and then writing their name on their picture.
Junk modelling out of old cartons, boxes etc.,
Counting and sorting items around the house
Baking and cooking
Phonics Play is a website with interactive phonics games for young children. Most of the activities are free and these are the activities that we use in school. If your child is in Nursery 1 then please work on Phase 1 with your child.
