In order to raise money for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, we have taken part in the 50:50 Challenge.
One of our teams, 'The Hatters', decided that an inventive and original way to raise money and to raise awareness of this charity organisation would be to entertain the rest of the school by putting on a performance of 'Alice In Wonderland.'
The team worked tirelessly for several weeks to perfect their performance, which included magnificent acting, pitch-perfect singing and rhythmic dancing. They even invited the audience to take part in a sing-a-long!
As if this wasn't enough, the actors then provided a Mad Hatter's Tea Party for each class.
Well done to the team for all of their hard work and entertainment. For their original idea, they were given an award for the most creative fundraising idea! We are all extremely proud of them.
